Your membership comes with an Inbox.
Just click on the "Messages" tab at the top of the page. This takes you to your messages inbox. Click "Create Message" in the upper right corner and start a pm to another member. Basically it's like sending email... just give it a subject, choose a recipient, type the message and click "Create Message" at the bottom right corner. That's it!
The other person will get notification the he/she has received a message from you.
The following is recommended;
If you have allowed "Email Notifications" then you will also get an email sent to your personal email account alerting you that somebody on "The Fontanini Users Forum" has sent you a private message. This way you'll know to login and check your inbox here so as to speed up your response.
